To schedule an appointment with Dr. Candice, visit this website and fill out the new patient intake forms. You can also get in touch with us, print and fill out the forms, and bring them to your visit.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Initial visits are an hour long. During this time, Dr. Candice will discuss your goals and health history with you. A complete evaluation for chiropractic, acupuncture, and nutritional needs, where appropriate, will be performed. You will be treated according to the evaluation findings.
Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up visits are 20 to 40 minutes, depending on your needs. During these sessions, you will be briefly evaluated for changes in your unique health status.
